Graham’s Golden Challenge is finally complete! I was joined by my children and grandchildren as I ran the last few kilometres around our local park on the 15th and 22nd October. On that last Saturday we were joined by some of the folk from Castle Acre who had seen me running around the village over the months. Special thanks to Beth who made a special journey (with her lovely dogs!) to see me finish the challenge and joined us all for a celebratory coffee and cake at Wittles in Castle Acre.
The Lynn News were kind enough to write an article in the Lynn News on Tuesday 25th October along with a lovely picture of family members who were able to join me on that final run. The article is still available on their web site and includes the picture below which is reproduced with permission from the Lynn News.
I have now closed the “GoFundMe” page for further donations, having raised £1,100 (plus a further £50 in cash donations) to further the magnificent support that the team at HOPE provide. Although I’m continuing to run I’m now taking a bit of a break from challenges – but I’m sure I’ll be back with another challenge in due course!
